本設計案在完善的都市環境脈絡下，透過實驗性的空間策略重新詮釋一棟被廢棄的住宅型態建築。以綠化與活化為核心概念，設計引入具彈性的空間可能性，以回應多元使用需求。此提案結合藝術家駐村（Artist-in-Residence）與青年旅社（Youth Hostel）機能，形成融合居住與商業活動的複合型生活型態。 藉由打破傳統的樓層式空間組織，設計重新調整建築的空間結構，並將植栽導入建築之中。這樣的轉化創造出多樣化的空間條件，促進交流、創作與文化互動的發生，同時也為都市環境帶來新的價值與可能性。 This project reinterprets an abandoned residential building through an experimental spatial strategy within an established urban context. Guided by the concepts of greening and revitalization, the proposal integrates an artist-in-residence program with a youth hostel, creating a hybrid typology that combines living and commercial activities. By breaking away from the conventional floor-by-floor organization and introducing vegetation, the design generates diverse spatial conditions that encourage interaction, creativity, and cultural exchange, while bringing new urban value to the site

面對都市更新緩慢、舊城區空間僵化與老化，乃至不符合現代安全與消防法規的困境，本案展現了極佳的永續設計思維，為老舊建築注入全新生命力與循環再利用價值。設計手法上，深刻破除既有牆體結構的封閉隔閡，將空間進行重新組合與轉化；藉由引進自然陽光、空氣與水元素，徹底活化老舊空間的靈魂，是舊建築新生與都市微更新的精彩範例。
